Are you interested in examining the idea of ‘wellbeing’ from different perspectives?

Would you like to explore how to develop a sense of empowerment in your own life and the lives of others?

Are you keen to consider some strategies for your own ‘wellbeing’ plan?

This course explores the responsibilities we have for our own health and wellbeing, and for those we support and care for.

We’ll share hands-on strategies, support tools and ideas for improving health and wellbeing that you can put into practice in your own life. By exploring strategies that others have found valuable, our aim is to help empower you to take control of your health and wellbeing, and support that of those you care for.
