Managing the Ripple Effect of Mental Health Challenges: Strategies for friends, families and the health care team

0407 861 205 or

Do you care for someone having mental health challenges, or work closely with those who do?

Would you value hearing other people share their experiences?

Are you finding it difficult dealing with a sense of loss, grief, stigma or isolation?

This course brings together friends, family, community members and health care professionals connected with those having challenges with their mental health.

During the course, we will explore the different experiences and perspectives we all have, and offer an opportunity to learn from one another.

Together, we will aim to gain new insights to better support ourselves and others through mental health challenges. By acknowledging the expertise in all of us, we will create a safe space to share what we have learned along the way.

In creating this space together, we’ll work to support you to build a sense of community and inspire a sense of hope for the future.
