Grow with the Flow – Sounds of Nature
Being present can be challenging, especially amongst the busyness and rush of daily life. This course aims to give you an experience of slowing down and being in the present moment.
We will be exploring our senses as a means of dropping into the now.
We will be going on a nature walk and experiencing mindfulness through a journey of sound, using various instruments including the handpan and the didgeridoo.
