Mindfulness is about drawing our attention to the present moment with openness and acceptance. There is emerging evidence about how it can reduce stress and improve our mental health and wellbeing BUT what does that look like when everything feels like a bit of a bin fire?
In this mini-course, we’re going to explore some theory and hear some stories of people’s different experiences of Mindfulness and discuss what this might look like, particularly at times of stress, fatigue and overwhelm.
