What is a Diagnosis?
This panel is great if you are:
-
interested in hearing from people with unique perspectives around diagnosis
-
curious about the impact of making or receiving a diagnosis
-
wanting to explore the possible future of diagnosis
What really is a diagnosis?
Is it fixed or can it change over time?
Is it fact or opinion?
In this youth panel, we’ll be chatting with a mix of people with lived experience and professionals about what diagnosis means to them. We’ll be looking at how we can find meaning in our experiences, some of the gaps around diagnosis and thinking about different social and cultural perspectives.
Note: We’ve jumped back into some more co-design and come back with a fresh new take on the panel with the goal of injecting more of a youth voice. This panel is a two-way street. You will hear stories, perspectives and both the panel and participants will be given the opportunity to ask questions.
