Welcome to my garden
Coproducing and facilitating the, ‘What is Creativity?’ course allowed me to explore how I use creativity in my daily life and the value that creativity adds to my wellbeing. My most creative outlet is my garden. For me, my garden allows me the space to process my day, work with my hands and have a connection to nature. Watching my garden grow and change is a constant reminder that I am doing the same. My garden is a place where I can make mistakes and try again.
It’s a space where I can sit in the quiet or invite others in and celebrate the chaos.
The, ‘What is Creativity?’ course helped me to explore the value gardening added to my life which has allowed me to intentionally set aside time to garden and make more room for it in my week.

We are an initiative of Alfred Health and works in partnership with headspace National to deliver and create courses for and with young people, professionals, and the community.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we all meet and work throughout Australia. We recognise their continuing connection to land, water, and community and pay respects to Elders past and present. We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded. This always was and always will be Aboriginal Land.
