DESCRIPTION:This course is great if you are:\nkeen to hear different perspectives about mental health\ninterested in how ideas about mental health have changed over time\nwant to explore how to support and sit with different views of mental health\ncurious about the impact of language in mental health\n\n  \nIs there a RIGHT way to think about mental health? \nWhat might we think in the future looking back? \nHow do you support people when you don’t agree with their views? \nWhat shapes how we all understand mental health? \n  \n  \nIn this course\, we take a step back to look at the big picture – what is mental health and what are the ways we can think about it? We’ll dive into language – its importance\, impact and how it shapes people’s views around mental health. We’re going to explore different lived and professional perspectives to think about what challenges and shapes our own ideas on mental health.
