Isolation & Connection

What do the words ‘isolation’ and ‘connection’ mean to you? discovery convos has gathered some different perspectives and shares them with you.

We invited different people to share in a conversation about what they have learned about different topics on mental health. This series is on ISOLATION and CONNECTION.

WHERE: Instagram

WHO IS IT FOR?: It’s for you! – maybe you want to learn more about mental health for yourself, maybe you work in the mental health sector, maybe you know and care about someone who struggles with their mental health. There’s something for everyone.

You might hear from a social worker or a psychologist who has worked with young people.

Or a parent who cared for their kid while they were going through a rough time.

Or a young person who went through that rough time themselves.

Someone might not even like the term self-care and want to talk about that!
