Resources on self-harm

Some resources to help with understanding self-harm a little more.

Self-harm can feel like an overwhelming, complex topic and can sometimes be difficult to talk about.

We have collected stories in the form of videos, articles and podcasts that explore different views and understandings about self-harm. Some explore the different ways in which people view self-harm, others are the stories of people who have a lived experience of self-harm.

 

There are some Instagram accounts that also explore self-harm and mental health experiences that we wanted to share.
