In this MINI-PANEL we’re going to explore stories from different people who have a living or professional experience of being part of a mental health support network. We’ll hear from friends, family, clinicians and the people at the centre of the network. We’re going to talk about how complicated it is, and hear about different ways to support ourselves when we are supporting others.
This panel might give you some tools to help support yourself or others in your life better. It might also help you understand ways to have more open and compassionate conversations about how we navigate mental health experiences together.
