We’ve got a course – What is it About Medication? – which tries and looks at all the different perspectives and experiences to do with taking medication for mental health.  Take it. Don’t take it. Take it for awhile and then slowly come off. Meditate instead of medicate. Listen to one doctor. Listen to another.
